Whilst the outcome was not as expected the consultant saved the
company considerable time and money (difficult to evaluate) by explaining
that there is no direct decommissioning sector and the route to
market is through Oil and Gas construction sector. This is a much
larger sector and will require more thought and planning by the
company before decisions can be made.
Johann was professional and knowledgeable and communicated his expertise
well. His experience and knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector was
very clear and I would be happy to deal with Johann again. The meeting

In one company we used GHRL to help us sort out some of our HR objectives.
They assisted in setting the objectives and came in regularly to
see where individuals were in delivering on these objectives and

At another company a GHRL interim manager helped to put in place
a new strategy which I had developed and provided significant assistance
in achieving the buy in of the other directors.
It was helpful to have someone there who wasn't a director who could
ask the blunt questions of the directors - 'Have you done this,
where are you with this process?’

the process and who can drive people on without any of the personality
