The advice was delivered to our satisfaction.
Whilst the outcome was not as expected the consultant saved the company considerable time and money (difficult to evaluate) by explaining that there is no direct decommissioning sector and the route to market is through Oil and Gas construction sector. This is a much larger sector and will require more thought and planning by the company before decisions can be made.
Johann was professional and knowledgeable and communicated his expertise well. His experience and knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector was very clear and I would be happy to deal with Johann again. The meeting was flexible and the client had ample time to ask all the questions that they wished to have answered.

A Leading Scottish Engineering and Construction Services Company

We have been delighted with the advice received from Hazel. It was given to us in a very clear and easy way for us to understand and to execute. We have been able to set up a new company and get the structure and accounting for both companies correct from the beginning.
The main benefit from the advice received is that we are adhering to the correct procedures for accounting and charity status. Most definitely would use Hazel Allen again.

Scottish based Community Group

I was happy that we received a detailed and useful account of the state of the buildings being assessed, and a good indication of the suitability of the spaces for the various uses being proposed. The report has helped to appraise us of constraints and opportunities and will inform further studies and feasibility exercises that will help our organisation to access funding.
I found the consultant to be approachable and knowledgeable and he delivered a useful report.

l would wholeheartedly personally recommend the services of lan Wilson of GHRL. lan has been working with Activ Web Design franchisees in Scotland to help us develop our website sales. He met with us and even gave up part of a Saturday in doing so. He discussed requirements with us and gave us excellent advice followed up by action.
He delivered a service to us in a very professional and timely manner providing us with a full report on all contacts made. This enabled me to focus on the area of my business that l am best at. l would recommend lan to any business looking for management support.

I have experience of using GHRL in previous businesses and believe interim management can play a significant role in company development.
In one company we used GHRL to help us sort out some of our HR objectives. They assisted in setting the objectives and came in regularly to see where individuals were in delivering on these objectives and to help them develop.
At another company a GHRL interim manager helped to put in place a new strategy which I had developed and provided significant assistance in achieving the buy in of the other directors.
It was helpful to have someone there who wasn't a director who could ask the blunt questions of the directors - 'Have you done this, where are you with this process?’
It can be very beneficial to have a third party who understands the process and who can drive people on without any of the personality clashes which might arise between fellow directors.
